Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material preparation and site cleanup
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized work environments
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Operate light equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers) with proper training
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new equipment
- Pass mandatory drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily assignments
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
