Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify potential plumbing problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate quotes.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
