Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters) in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced leak detection and pipe inspection technology
- Perform emergency weekend service calls for burst pipes, clogs, and water damage mitigation
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of parts/tools and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reports
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend team rotations
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun shifts)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience with tankless water heater installation (preferred)
