Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with prompt response times
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures per code requirements
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology and provide detailed reports
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize weekend service routes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
