Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform emergency weekend calls for urgent plumbing problems
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members for efficient job completion
- Use digital tools for scheduling and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
