Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform backflow prevention testing and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes, safety protocols, and EPA standards
- Provide clear estimates and detailed service reports to clients
- Collaborate with team members for efficient job completion
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools
Qualifications
- NYS Journeyman Plumber License required
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) essential
