Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with punctuality and professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Collaborate with senior plumbers for complex troubleshooting
- Represent MetroFlow with exceptional customer communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification (company-sponsored)
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Background check required
