Responsibilities

- Perform emergency weekend service calls for residential clients

- Complete service reports and maintain customer communication
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex installations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional evenings
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina plumbing license within 6 months
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
