Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems according to code
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect and maintain commercial plumbing infrastructure
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Maintain clean work areas and professional client relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system issues
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 7am-5pm)
- Commercial driver's license (CDL Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
