Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems for residential properties
- Perform emergency weekend service calls and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide clear estimates to customers
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience required
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and weekends
- Physical stamina for lifting/crawling in tight spaces
- Excellent customer service communication
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
