Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential/commercial properties
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Ensure all work meets California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency weekend service with rapid response times
- Conduct thorough inspections and detailed client consultations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Maintain service logs and digital documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with California state license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
