Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heater repairs, and fixture installations
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide clear communication with clients and team members on project status
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for service calls
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical stamina to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to handle emergency weekend calls
