Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, sewer lines, and drainage systems
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for service reports
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize weekend emergency calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in weekend/after-hour shifts
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and confined spaces
