Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, drains, and HVAC plumbing components
- Perform inspections and provide maintenance recommendations to clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while completing assignments
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Illinois state license
- Proven ability to work independently in emergency situations
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
