Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection tools and video inspection
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
- Mentor junior plumbers and trainees
- Complete detailed service reports and invoicing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience or valid journeyman license
- Michigan state plumbing certification required
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficient with digital tools (apps, tablets, software)
- Background check and drug screening required
