Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for job sites
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for clients
- Train and mentor junior plumbing technicians
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 rotation support
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater and boiler systems
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL (for company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
