Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for new constructions
- Ensure full compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Manage material inventory and coordinate supply orders efficiently
- Maintain detailed service logs and client communication records
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and system diagnostics
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and water conservation systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
