Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and adhere to building codes
- Perform hydrojetting and drain cleaning services
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience (CA license required)
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
