Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using video inspection and pressure testing equipment
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage service calls from initial assessment to completion
- Train apprentices on plumbing techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports and invoices
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with pipefitting and drainage systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screening required
