Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
