Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Perform diagnostic inspections to accurately identify leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and dispatchers to manage job expectations and timelines.
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and tools to ensure readiness for daily assignments.
- Assist in training junior staff and mentoring apprentices to uphold high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Journeyman Plumber License in Pennsylvania or Virginia (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of reading blueprints, piping schematics, and understanding of hydraulic systems.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
