Responsibilities
- Perform Diagnostics: Accurately inspect and diagnose residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Execute Repairs: Repair or replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, and drain lines efficiently and within time estimates.
- Installation: Install new piping systems, including copper, PEX, and PVC, adhering to local San Diego building codes.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, provide transparent quotes, and ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain your vehicle and tool inventory; strictly adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Emergency Response: Be available for after-hours emergency service calls to resolve urgent plumbing crises.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using pipe threaders, and soldering.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to a fully stocked truck and personal hand tools.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to punctuality, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
