Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose water leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures and appliances
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project completion
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies efficiently
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR training
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer communication and time management
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/on-call emergencies
