Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies for job sites
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain clean work environments
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response time
- Document service reports and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Washington state license
- Knowledge of water conservation systems and green plumbing practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with tankless water heater installation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
