Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Interpret blueprints and building codes for precise installations
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pipe inspections
- Collaborate with contractors and homeowners on renovation projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in water heaters, sewer lines, and pipe fitting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Background check and drug screening required
