Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters) to code
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for all repairs
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies in company vehicles
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Reliable transportation and daily availability
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
