Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Support senior technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Tool Management: Learn to identify, handle, and maintain a wide variety of plumbing tools and equipment safely.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by laying out materials, digging trenches, and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answer questions, and maintain a positive company image.
- Reading Plans: Begin training to interpret blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
