We are the leading plumbing service provider in the Bay Area, known for our integrity, quality work, and employee growth. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to learn, get their hands dirty, and build a future in the plumbing industry.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside our master plumbers to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial repairs, installations, and maintenance. We provide all the training you need to become a certified Journeyman Plumber.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Support lead technicians with daily tasks including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and leak detection.
- Tool Management: Keep the work truck organized and ensure all tools are clean and ready for use.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, explaining repairs, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and safe after every repair.
- Learning & Development: Shadow master plumbers to learn industry best practices, safety protocols, and local codes.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn a trade is required; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
