Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Read blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid NYC Construction Safety Training card
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- NYC DOB Site Safety Manager training preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background/drug screening
