Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting for residential and commercial clients
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Complete job site preparation and cleanup procedures
- Participate in ongoing skills development through training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Jose Bay Area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
