Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, cutting, threading, and soldering under supervision.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering basic inquiries and explaining service options.
- Adhere to all local safety codes and company regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and calculating material needs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
