Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Utilize modern tools and technology to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage daily routes and schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state licensure/certifications upon employment.
