As a Principal Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, mentoring senior engineers while driving the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the enterprise-wide AI and machine learning architecture strategy.
- Design scalable, high-performance deep learning and NLP models tailored to business needs.
- Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture evaluations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.
- Deep experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.
