- Define best practices for model deployment, MLOps pipelines, and data governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Research) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to 2026 initiatives.
- Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of large-scale neural networks in production environments.
- Drive the strategy for integrating cutting-edge tools like transformers and generative AI models.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading teams and managing technical roadmaps.
