Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced machine learning models tailored for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model deployment, and system scalability.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX design, and hardware engineering to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies into production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade machine learning systems.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or readiness to transition to post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
