Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision and ensure alignment with business goals for upcoming product releases.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to reduce latency and increase processing efficiency in real-time environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Frameworks: Proven experience building and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage complex projects.
