Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring our architecture is future-proof for the 2026 era and beyond.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed system architectures that handle high-scale data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Architect robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized and cloud environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-tech environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in integrating emerging technologies such as Web3, Edge Computing, and Quantum algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
