Responsibilities
- Spearhead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for mission-critical future-tech applications.
- Lead Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on efficiency and scalability for the 2026 product line.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically in deep learning and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks is a major plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their impact on business goals.
