Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models designed for the infrastructure of 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Optimize model performance for edge computing environments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
