Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems integrating Quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical strategy for our proprietary Neural Network frameworks, ensuring they remain state-of-the-art through 2026.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Evaluate emerging hardware accelerators and AI frameworks to optimize system latency and throughput.
- Define best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model interpretability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Hands-on experience with Quantum Computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or cloud-based quantum processors.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
