Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Generative AI architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI trends to identify new opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI strategy.
- Proven experience leading complex AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
