Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision, identifying key technological milestones and integration points.
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI and machine learning architectures that can handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor and manage senior engineering leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation within the organization.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Collaborate with research labs and external partners to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to protect proprietary data while maximizing AI utility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and external investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Principal Architect role.
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language model integration.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- Cloud Architecture: Mastery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
