Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and big data processing pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
