Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy to align with long-term business goals, ensuring technology stacks are future-proof for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-level executives to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current infrastructure and implement solutions to ensure high availability and low latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Principal or Staff-level role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Go, Python, Rust).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, edge computing, or quantum-ready infrastructure design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
