Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Architect and lead the end-to-end development of the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging tech shifts.
- Algorithm Design: Design quantum-ready algorithms and deep learning models to power next-gen predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategic vision into technical execution and detailed specifications.
- System Optimization: Implement rigorous performance optimization, security protocols, and data governance frameworks for mission-critical systems.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct research and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline, including edge computing and neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML, advanced computing, or distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-performance computing, and system design patterns.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, large-scale transformations.
