The Mission
You will be the technical anchor for Project 2026, responsible for bridging the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable software engineering. You will build the systems that will define the technological landscape of the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Develop error-correction algorithms to enhance computational stability.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic direction for the 2026 timeline.
- Collaborate with global R&D partners to integrate quantum solutions into cloud ecosystems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen quantum architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 5 years in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Strong background in classical programming languages (Python, C++) and parallel processing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
