Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid architectures for computational supremacy in 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Partner with academic institutions to publish groundbreaking research
- Translate quantum algorithms into scalable enterprise solutions
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for quantum deployments
- Identify emerging quantum computing hardware for strategic integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ parameter models
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation practices
- Ability to secure government SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
