Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural networks with 10+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time decisioning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era AI systems
- Architect secure quantum-encrypted data pipelines
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for edge deployment
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Define ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- 5+ years architecting production-level AI systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Proven track record of scaling distributed quantum systems
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
