Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum AI decision systems
- Prototype quantum-optimized neural networks on real quantum hardware
- Author white papers on quantum-AI convergence for 2026 use cases
- Collaborate with academic partners on next-gen quantum computing protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and quantum advantage applications
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams through complex R&D cycles
