Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level quantum algorithms
- Expertise in neural-symbolic AI integration frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant security
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
